DoctorHum only collects information necessary for the core functioning of the app, which is to facilitate doctor appointments. We DO NOT collect any sensitive or unnecessary information beyond what is required.

• 1.1 Personal Information: Full Name, Phone Number, Age, Sex, and Residential Address.
• 1.2 Appointment Information: Selected doctor/clinic details, booked history, and status.
• 1.3 Payment Information: For online payments processed through Online payment gateway, we have no access to your UPI ID, bank details, or card numbers. Note: We only see the transaction status.
• 1.4 Device Information: We do not automatically track IP addresses or GPS location. Your address is manually typed for operational purposes only.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for:

• Booking and managing appointments.
• Displaying doctors and clinics near you.
• Maintaining your user profile.
• Sending notifications (only if you opt-in).
• Preventing fraud and ensuring secure transactions.

Your data is NEVER sold or shared with third-party advertisers. It is shared only with:

• Doctors and Clinics: Your basic details (Name, Age, Phone) are shared with the doctor you book with.
• Third-Party Services: Online payment gateway processes your payments securely.

DoctorHum is for users of all ages. For children under 18, a parent or guardian must manage the account.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Users can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use secure third-party providers like Firebase for database management to ensure your data is safe.

7. Users Rights and Choices

You have the right to:
